I started working with cannabis brands in 2015. I wasn’t necessarily a natural fit for cannabis. In fact, only a few years earlier, I’d served as Communications Director for a gubenatorial candidate who was not a cannabis proponent.
But in a unique twist, it turns out this is why my cannabis perspective is valuable: I understand how to extend your brand into new markets.
I fell in love with the community, the brands, and the challenge.
I was able to bring my award-winning strategies and perspectives to cannabis brands of all sizes. Given that much of my current and previous work involved collaborating with clients around the globe, I find, as cannabis normalization increases, my clients are also benefiting from my global perspectives as well. I absolutely love what I do. I consider myself extremely lucky to work with so many industry leaders and to contribute to the growth of “the industry.”
